US President Joe Biden said he will attend Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.

“Yes,” Biden told reporters Friday when asked if he planned to attend the funeral, details of which have not been released by the palace.

“I don’t know what the details are yet, but I’m leaving,” Biden said.

He told reporters he had yet to speak to King Charles III after the Queen’s death.

“I know him. I haven’t talked to him. I haven’t called him yet,” Biden said.
