At the Disney & Marvel ‘D23 Expo’ earlier today, Switch fans were treated to a very exclusive announcement.
Introduction Disney Illusion Island – an all-new four-player 2D co-op adventure with “Mickey & Friends”. In this new game, you go on adventures with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy as you run, swim, wave and jump your way through three “magical books” to save the world.
This will involve unlocking special abilities, solving puzzles, performing platforming achievements and taking down some “epic” bosses.
So when will this one be released – so far it’s simply ‘TBD 2023’. As can be seen in the tweet above, it was developed by English developer Dlala Studios – best known in recent years for its work on Battletoads for Xbox and PC.
