Married at First Sight Brent Vitiello slams Daniel Holmes’ ‘crooked’ post ahead of boxing match

The grid battle between Married At First Sight grooms Brent Vitiello and Daniel Holmes is heating up ahead of their big match.

Brent, 33, hit out at Daniel’s ‘attention-seeking’ post on Wednesday, accusing the 31-year-old fitness trainer of being ‘obsessed’ with him.

The venue manager’s harsh words were in response to a fake obituary Daniel posted about Brent on Instagram, suggesting he would defeat him at their upcoming celebrity boxing match.

Brent laughed at Daniel’s jab, saying it was ‘cute’. Daniel was obsessed with him.

He told Yahoo Lifestyle: ‘I didn’t think there could be a creepier human until I saw how this guy moves. It is embarrassing.’

The buff influencer added that he was confident he would win the highly touted fight with Daniel.

The pair are scheduled to sort out their differences in the ring in a hotly anticipated boxing showdown at the Melbourne Pavilion on October 15.

Daniel met Brent during the filming of the 9th season of MAFS earlier this year, where they took an almost instant liking to each other.

They’re not the first pair of former MAFS friends-turned-enemies to publicly fall out.
